The Broward GOP is the foundation of Republican grassroots politics in Broward County, Florida. It enables registered Republicans to participate in party decisions at the local level and is the bedrock from which the GOP reaches out to the community to win elections, spread our ideas, and grow our party. Meetings take place once a month and all registered Republicans are welcome to attend and petition to be elected to the executive committee as a Precinct Committeeman or Precinct Committeewoman.

 

Joining Broward GOP gives you voting power, influence, and most importantly responsibility in local party affairs and the ability to nominate the party’s representative to the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF).

Precinct Committeemen/Committeewomen are people like you and me who represent voters in the community and make up the foundation of all political parties. The goal of Precinct Strategy is to help the Republican Party succeed in three ways:

1. Influencing the policies and overall direction of the Republican Party.

2. Deciding who represents the Republican Party when running for public office.

3. Electing leaders of the Republican Party who truly represent the people.
